Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Handling Time

Order processing and handling time varies by product.

Some items may ship the same day or the next business day, while others may require additional handling time before shipment. Estimated handling times are shown on applicable product pages when available.

Please note that handling time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the item, shipment type, and delivery destination.

Some products ship by Parcel, while larger or heavier items ship by LTL freight.

Parcel vs LTL Freight Shipping

Parcel Shipping

Parcel shipping rates are generally more stable and are shown at checkout.

LTL Freight Shipping

LTL freight shipping rates are estimated and may change based on carrier pricing, destination, and access conditions.

If an LTL freight shipping rate changes after your order is placed, we may contact you to approve the updated shipping charge before processing the order. If you do not approve the updated rate, the order may be canceled.

Delivery Time Estimates

After an order ships, estimated transit times are typically:

Parcel shipments (United States and Canada): about 2 to 7 business days
LTL freight shipments: up to about 21 days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, and routing issues may affect delivery times.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after the shipment is picked up.

Multiple Shipments

Items may ship separately if they are shipped from different warehouses or require different shipping methods.

If your order includes multiple items, you may receive more than one package and separate tracking numbers.

Delivery Issues and Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a shipment is returned, refused, rerouted, or requires additional delivery arrangements, additional charges may apply, including return freight charges and restocking fees where applicable.

Freight Deliveries (LTL) and Inspection on Arrival

For LTL freight deliveries, please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@everneststudio.com.

To help process claims quickly, we may require photos of:

• the item
• the damage or issue
• the outer shipping box or freight packaging
• the internal packaging materials

Claims reported after 48 hours may be denied.

Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, labor disruptions, or other events outside our control.

We will do our best to provide updates and help track delayed shipments when possible.
