How do I start a return?
Contact us at support@everneststudio.com within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be approved before sending anything back — we'll provide an RMA number and the correct return warehouse address. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
What is the restocking fee?
A 15% restocking fee may apply on eligible returns. This, along with original outbound and return freight charges, may be deducted from your refund — unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item on our part.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us at support@everneststudio.com within 48 hours. Please have photos ready of the item, the damage, the outer box, and the internal packaging. Claims reported after 48 hours may be denied.
Can I cancel my order?
Submit cancellation requests in writing to support@everneststudio.com. Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation — if an order has already been processed or is in transit, it may no longer be canceled. A restocking fee and return freight charges may apply.
How long does shipping take?
After shipment, parcel orders typically arrive in 2–7 business days (US & Canada). LTL freight orders may take up to ~21 days. These are estimates — carrier delays, weather, and routing may affect delivery times.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days pass with no refund, contact us at support@everneststudio.com.
Which items are not eligible for return?
The following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect: clearance & sale items, special order or custom items, gift cards, perishable goods, personal care goods, and hazardous materials. If you're unsure, contact us before purchasing.
