Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us at support@everneststudio.com within 30 days of delivery. Return requests must be approved before anything is sent back.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, a return authorization number (RMA), and the correct return warehouse address. Return addresses vary based on the item and shipping warehouse location within the United States.

Items sent back without prior approval and a valid return authorization number will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 15 days of approval. We recommend sending us the return tracking number before shipment.

Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@everneststudio.com so we can review the claim.

To process a damage or defect claim, we may require clear photos of:

the item

the damage or issue

the outer shipping box

the internal packaging materials

Claims reported after 48 hours may be denied.

Cancellations and Refused Deliveries

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@everneststudio.com.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. If an order has already been processed, prepared for shipment, or is already in transit, it may no longer be canceled.

If an order is canceled after processing has begun, rerouted, or refused at delivery, a 15% restocking fee may apply, and return freight charges may also be deducted.

Exceptions and Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

clearance items

sale items

special order items

custom or personalized items

gift cards

perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

personal care goods (such as beauty products)

hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before purchasing or before requesting a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different item, the fastest option is to request a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Some products may still be excluded from return rights under applicable law, including custom or personalized items and certain sealed personal use goods once opened.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable deductions, including:

original outbound shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)

return freight charges (unless the return is due to our error)

a 15% restocking fee on eligible returns

Shipping charges and fees are generally non refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by us or the supplier.

If a returned item is not received in original packaging or is not in resalable condition, the refund may be reduced or denied.
